Ordering
Every Gotham Forged set is made to order for your specific truck. Orders are confirmed once fitment details (year, make, model, dually configuration) are verified with you and a deposit is received. Because each set is custom-machined, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Fitment
We verify fitment against the vehicle information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information. If your truck is modified (lift kits, aftermarket axles, spacers), tell us before ordering — fitment issues caused by undisclosed modifications are not covered.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes and shipping. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. Production begins after deposit; the balance is due before shipment.
Delivery
Production and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Limited production runs are built in sequence — your specialist will give you a realistic window when you order. Risk of loss transfers on delivery to the carrier; we will assist with any freight claims.
Warranty
Gotham Forged wheels are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover damage from road hazards, improper installation, incorrect torque, off-label use, corrosion from chemicals or road salt where finish care instructions were not followed, or any modification of the wheel. Finish care instructions ship with every set.
Returns
Because every set is custom-made for your truck, wheels are not returnable except for manufacturing defects covered by warranty. Inspect your shipment on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gotham Forged's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the wheels themselves. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including downtime, towing, or loss of use.
