The Process
From billet
to bolted.
Every Gotham Forged wheel follows a six-stage process from raw material to finished product. No shortcuts. No outsourcing. Every step happens under one roof.
Raw Billet
Every wheel begins as a solid block of 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum. This alloy is chosen for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to corrosion — the same material trusted in aviation and defense applications.
Forging
The billet is subjected to over 8,000 tons of forging pressure, aligning the aluminum's grain structure for maximum strength. Unlike casting, forging eliminates porosity and creates a molecular structure that can withstand extreme loads without fatigue.
CNC Machining
Multi-axis CNC mills cut the forged blank into its final spoke geometry with tolerances measured in thousandths of an inch. Every cut is programmed for the specific design — Compression, Flow Rate, or Signature — with zero margin for error.
Precision Fitment
This is where your wheel becomes yours. We engineer the exact fitment for your truck's bolt pattern, hub bore, and suspension geometry. The result is improved stability under towing, a wider stance, and enhanced durability of the rotating assembly.
Finishing
Each wheel is hand-finished to your selected specification — polished to a mirror chrome, brushed for a satin texture, or blacked out for stealth. The finish is applied in controlled conditions to ensure consistency across all six wheels in your set.
Quality Control
Every wheel is inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and structural integrity before it leaves our facility. We don't ship anything we wouldn't run on our own trucks. Each set is serialized and documented.

Precision is not a feature.
It's the standard.
Warranty
Lifetime Structural Warranty
Every Gotham Forged wheel is backed by a lifetime structural warranty. If it fails under normal use, we replace it. No questions, no runaround. We build them to last because our reputation depends on it.
